The Women's Council of Realtors of Greater Baltimore held a mini "Stuff A Truck" food drive at Pappas Restaurant & Sports Bar in Cockeysville, Maryland on November 17. Members of the Cockeysville, Maryland community were uged to bring non-perishable food items to help put food on the table of their neighbors in need.
Thanks to their efforts, more than 400 pounds of food - that's the equivalent of 350 meals - was delivered to the Maryland Food Bank by Advance Relocation Systems, an Atlas agent.
There are more than 760,000 people, including one in six children in Maryland facing hunger. We are so grateful to work with partners like the Women's Council of Realtors and Advance Relocation Systems, who recognize the urgency of the problem and are working to make a difference.
Move For Hunger wants to help YOU host a food drive to support your community.
