Milan Eye Center hosted a month-long food drive at six locations throughout Georgia to help provide meals for their neighbors in need this holiday season. Employees, patients, and members of the local communities were encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to the offices to help support the effort. Together they collected 131 pounds of food - that equates 109 meals for their neighbors in need!
Budd Van Lines of Acworth and Hilldrup of Atlanta donated their time and resources to assist with the food drive. Budd distributed the donations from two of the locations to the Community Food Bank of Atlanta, while Hilldrup delivered the rest to the Lawrenceville Cooperative Ministry.
Thank you to everyone at Milan Eye Care Center, Budd Van Lines, and Hilldrup for your generosity and commitment to fighting hunger this holiday season!
