Cooke Realty's month-long food drive came to an end on November 17. Employees, clients, and members of the Plymouth. Michigan community were encouraged to donate non-perishable food items to their office in an effort to help provide meals for the nearly 400,000 Wayne County residents, including 1 in 5 children, who suffer from food insecurity.
The event proved to be a success, as a whopping 400 pounds of food was collected - that's the equivalent of 330 meals! Stevens Worldwide Van Lines of Waterford provided boxes for the collection andv volunteered to deliver the donations to a local church pantry.
