What We Do

How it works
Last year alone our network transported a total of 817,915 lbs of water, nonperishable food, and fresh food after disaster struck in fall of 2024 when two major hurricanes barreled through Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia.
With food banks flooded, millions without power, and residents stranded, our incredible network of movers and partners stepped up to the plate and delivered necessities to these affected communities.
From wildfires to tornadoes to hurricanes, our network is equipped to help communities across the country when they need it most. Help us bring aid when disaster hits and give today - each dollar provides 4 meals to someone in need!
Needs Assessment
After disaster strikes, demand for food and drinks often increases significantly, with residents struggling to access key resources.
Transportation Support
We contact major food banks and pantries in affected areas to see if they need transportation support.
Delivery
The Move For Hunger transportation network helps deliver essential food and drinks to disaster-affected communities.
