Apex Moving + Storage, an Atlas Van Lines agent, has been a trusted member of the Middle Tennesse community for nearly 50 years. That commitment to the community was on full display last month, as Apex Moving + Storage helped the students at Vanleer Elementary School hold a food drive from April 9-13. This was the fifth food drive Apex Moving + Storage has organized at a local school since November, which was a big part of the reason they were named our Mover of the Month for March.

Apex Moving + Storage helped provide a little extra motivation by promising pizza parties to the top 3 classrooms, and gift cards for school supplies to the top 3 teachers. All of the donations were delivered to the Dickson County Help Center, courtesy, of course, of the team at Apex Moving + Storage.
There are more than 362,000 people in Middle Tennessee who are food insecure, including 1 in 6 children. Apex Moving + Storage has proven that they recognize the urgency of the problem and are willing to take action. Since joining our network in 2011, Apex Moving + Storage has delivered nearly 14,000 lbs. of food, enough to provide more than 11,500 meals to their neighbors in need.
