Members of the University of Michigan's co-ed international service organization, Circle K, worked very hard to organize the 3rd annual "Trick or Can" food drive on October 31, 2015. The students reached let neighbors in nearby communities that they would be going from house to house this Halloween, collecting non-perishable food donations for the local food bank. University Moving and Storage of Farmington Hills played a pivotal role in the success of the event, generously providing supplies and transportation of collections to Food Gatherers Food Bank in Ann Arbor, MI. The event was a great success, collecting a total of 2,662 lbs of food. This provides 2,220 meals for those facing food security in Washtenaw County!
Move For Hunger would like to extend huge thanks to the member's of Circle K at University of Michigan, University Moving and Storage of Farmington Hills, and everyone who helped to make this food drive successful.
