The holidays are a great time to hold a food drive for those in need, and what better way to make it even more fun than to turn it into a food drive challenge? Tracy Roberts of Atlantic Relocation Systems - Indianapolis challenged her sister, Robin Guyon, of Ardsley Management Corporation to a food drive challenge throughout their offices from November 13th to December 21st.
The challenge goal was for Ardsley to collect 150 pounds of food, and Atlantic pledged to match that number of pounds. Atlantic and Ardsley shattered their initial goal, collecting a combined total of 839 pounds of food! Atlantic collected 464 pounds, while Ardsley collected 375 pounds. This is enough food to to provide 700 meals to those struggling with hunger!
Atlantic Relocation Systems - Indianapolis, agent for Atlas Van Lines, joined Move For Hunger in 2013, and has collected over 2,500 pounds of food to date!
