Glen Mills Senior Living in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania hosted a food drive in October to help fight hunger in the Keystone State.
Employees, residents and their visitors were asked to donate non-perishable items, such as peanut butter, tuna fish, canned soups, rice, beans, and pasta to help provide assistance to the 1.7 million people, including 1 in 5 children, in Pennsylvania who go to bed hungry each night.
Together, the Glen Mills Senior Living community collected 110 pounds of food, enough to provide 90 meals for their neighbors in need.
Wayne Moving & Storage
, an Atlas agent, generously volunteered their time and resources to deliver the donations to The Salvation Army of West Chester.
Thank you Glen Mills Senior Living and Wayne Moving & Storage for working together to make a difference!
