With more than 475 moving companies in Move For Hunger, we have some pretty awesome partners in our fight against hunger. Some are certainly more consistent than others, and then there's Thompson Moving & Storage. Thompson has been in our program for 23 months and in that time they have delivered 26 donations to the Together we Cope Food Pantry.
Like clockwork we know come the end of the month we will receive a weight receipt from Thompson. And its not just a couple of pounds; they consistently donate anywhere from 200 to 900 pounds of food EVERY SINGLE MONTH!
In addition to collections from their customers Thompson has held food drive with the local Sears and even a local resident who wanted to open up her hope to collect non-perishables.
