So often, our enthusiastic corporate sponsors show their support about being a part of the fight against hunger. While we pull our trucks together, they pull their weight in food.
Recently, Execustay Wichita (an awesome contributor and corporate housing partner of Move For Hunger), showed their support by hosting a Move For Hunger Kick Off Party. On April 4th, Execustay collected over 200 pounds of non-perishable donations, equaling over 166 meals for those in need. The perk of the party: the entry fee. Each person that showed up to enjoy the festivities donated non-perishable food instead of purchasing a ticket. Execustay kept their guests coming with music by Tony Ngo & Guests and with gourmet food trucks by Flying Stove and Brown Box Bakery.
In Kansas, 1 in 7 people struggle with food insecurity. By partnering with dedicated allies like Execustay, we’re able to help put meals on the table for those in need.
