Crown Relocations of New York outdid themselves again this year, collecting involved an astonishing 2,738 lbs of food for Center of United Methodist Aid to the Community (CUMAC). On October 4th, Crown Relocations team members and other volunteers gathered in Paterson, NJ and helped sort through thousands of pounds of donations so they could immediately be distributed to Passaic County’s network of feeding programs. All of the food collected was donated by the kind people throughout northern New Jersey.
Special thanks goes out to Move For Hunger member, Crown Relocations of New York, for donating their time and muscles to pick up all of the donations. In 2014 alone, CUMAC donated over 40,000 meals to the community with their hard work. Your donations will ensure that families facing food insecurity are well fed during this coming holiday season.
