A big congratulations goes out to Christian Family Moving & Storage who collected 1,087 lbs of food at their fill-a-truck in Florida last week!
The North Central Florida moving company collected food at two Winn-Dixie locations on October 24: one in Crystal River and one in Homosassa. The public was encouraged to donate food at both locations, with all of the proceeds going to benefit the Community Food Bank of Citrus County.
With their 1,000 lb donation, Christian Family Movers and their community members are providing more than 900 meals to help the nearly 23,000 Floridians affected by food insecurity in Citrus County.
