Champion Partner Steps Up To Feed The Hungry Before Thanksgiving
Brookfield GRS joined Move For Hunger in December of 2012 and immediately began making waves in our network. Through their support and encouragement, over 80 of Brookfield's partner moving companies have joined our cause. They've also been keen enthusiasts towards making an impact on the lives of the less fortunate through food drives and fundraisers.
This November Brookfield Offices throughout North America teamed up for the first annual Brookfield Holiday Hunger Challenge. Each office was challenged to raise the most food for their local food bank from Nov. 11 through Dec. 22nd.
When the dust had settled over 7,215 lbs. of food was collected for food banks across the US and Canada. Thanks to Brookfield's effort, over 6,000 people will receive a wholesome meal this holiday season.
