Assurant, Inc. recently celebrated the resounding success of its fourth annual "Miles to Meals" challenge in partnership with Move For Hunger.
Since the event’s inception in 2020, the "Miles to Meals" challenge has grown from a humble beginning of about 160 Assurant employees to a global movement that unites 2,500 participants from around the world.
During the month of June, participants collectively took over 430 million steps, a testament to their dedication and determination. With an average distance of 75+ miles per participant, these individuals showcased their commitment to making a difference in their communities and beyond. For each mile completed, The Assurant Foundation donated $1 to Move For Hunger, which will provide 380,000 meals to families and individuals facing hunger and food insecurity.

With each passing year, the "Miles to Meals" challenge gains momentum, participants and partners, cementing itself as a force for good and a shining example of what can be achieved when individuals come together with a shared purpose.
