The Move For Hunger Real Estate Program works with a national network of socially responsible relocation professionals to educate their clients about the growing hunger problem facing their communities. When people move, many throw out a good deal of “stuff.” Unfortunately a lot of this “stuff” is food that can be delivered to a family in need rather than thrown away.  With one-in-six Americans food insecure, and one-in-seven relocating every year we can make a real impact in feeding the hungry.  That’s why Move For Hunger is bringing together real estate professionals across the nation to increase awareness and provide support to struggling families.

Since founding in 2009, Move For Hunger has grown to work with over 280 relocation companies in 40 states. Together we have delivered over 450,000 lbs. of food to food banks all across the country.
